2026/07/12
Effective date: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ShotSlate, including our website, AI creative studio, projects, generation tools, Credits, and exports. By creating an account or using ShotSlate, you agree to these Terms.
ShotSlate is an AI Director and creative studio that helps users plan ideas, generate images and video clips, organize them on an infinity canvas, and assemble video compositions for export. Features, supported models, plans, and availability may change as the product evolves.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, compromise the service, or use another person's account without permission.
You retain the rights you have in content you submit to ShotSlate, including prompts, uploads, and project material. You grant ShotSlate and its necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of generated outputs comply with applicable law and do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. AI-generated outputs may not be unique, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Ownership and permitted use of outputs may also depend on the terms of the underlying AI model provider and applicable law.
You may not use ShotSlate to:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or any particular model, generation result, or export outcome.
ShotSlate, its software, interface, branding, and service content are owned by ShotSlate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.
